You agree not to misuse the Site, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with Site operations, or use the Site in violation of applicable laws.
2) Information and No Guarantees
The Site may contain general information about our business and potential services. We do not guarantee outcomes, pricing, timelines, or that we will make an offer on any property. Any decisions you make are your responsibility.
3) Submissions
If you submit information (including property details), you represent that it is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you have the right to provide it.
4) Text Messaging (SMS) Terms
If you provide your phone number and opt in, you consent to receive SMS messages from Equity Connect LLC.
A) Message Types
Transactional messages: related to your inquiry (e.g., follow-ups, appointment confirmations, property questions).
Marketing/promotional messages: offers and updates only if you separately opt in.
B) Frequency and Rates
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
C) Opt-Out and Help
Reply STOP to cancel at any time. Reply HELP for help.
D) Consent
Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
E) No Sale or Transfer of Consent

9) Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Equity Connect from any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your misuse of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of law.
10) Governing Law; Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Venue for disputes shall be in Maricopa County, Arizona, unless otherwise required by law.
11) Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site means you accept the updated Terms.

Our strategy is simple: buy great assets at a great price. Further increase value through renovations and operations. Then either flip the asset for a quick profit, or hold those assets for 10+ years before realizing above average returns for us and our investors.
